We exchange or refund any article that wouldn’t fit in a 30-day delay from the moment the order has been received (in compliance with the conditions specified in the General terms and conditions of sale).

To make your return :

- go to our return portal and fill in your postal code and the order number or tracking the package;

- print your return label;

- return the items in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with the duly completed return form.

Return costs

Via our return portal, the costs is €3 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

In case of return by the carrier of your choice (excluding defective item) without printing a return label, the full cost of shipping will remain your responsibility.

Remboursement

The refund is made upon receipt of your item, excluding return costs.

The initial delivery costs are refunded to the customer only in the case of a complete return of order.
